Symbols
An extensive range of symbols and icons are available for use in Mind Express™. They can be used to create communication grids and games and can also be used be supplemented with your own drawings, photos or new symbols. The symbols available include: Bliss, PCS, Picto, Beta, Rebus, and Picture This. Mind Express™ is very easy to adapt and update, so that communication grids can be kept up to date with any changes or progression each individual makes.

Speech
Mind Express™ allows people to form words and sentences by selecting pictures and symbols. A clear high quality speech engine is available (RealSpeak™) allowing text to be read out in an audible natural voice. Also available with DecTalk.
Mind Express™ also has a built-in grammar checker module, which guarantees automatic conjugations of verbs.
Accessibility
The symbols in Mind Express™ can be accessed via touch screen, mouse, track ball, joystick, or switches. This allows for individual and customized access to communication grids. Motivation can be aided by rewards such as sound clips, music, or videos that can be played at the press of symbol.

Mind Express™ is an open and multi-faceted toolbox for dozens of applications, making it an ideal tool for the assessment of the most sutiable symbols, vocabularies and operating possibilities for individuals.
